Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage daily accounts payable operations, fixed assets, and banking activities in a busy finance environment.

You will verify invoices, process payments, reimburse expenses, and support month-end close and reconciliations while ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to accounts payable and fixed assets.
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms and BI tools; direct SAP experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and standard office applications.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable operations, fixed assets, and banking activities.
• Handle invoice verification, payment processing, and employee expense reimbursements in line with internal controls.
• Support month-end close activities, general ledger reconciliations, and financial schedule preparation.
• Maintain data integrity across accounting systems and primary master records.
• Assist with internal, external, and statutory audit compliance procedures.
• Participate in finance workflow optimisations and SAP-related system initiatives.
• Liaise with internal business units, offshore finance shared service teams, and external partners.
• Perform ad hoc finance assignments as directed by management.
