Anradus Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR & Reconciliation) to join our finance team in Ang Mo Kio. The role focuses on data entry, reconciling client accounts, invoices and GST, and supporting the accounts receivable function to ensure accurate records.

You will work with the Accounts Manager on accounting tasks and financial analysis, with emphasis on accuracy, timely processing, and cross-functional coordination. Permanent role with competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Experience or knowledge in financial reporting.
• Good understanding of financial statements and general ledger processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and numerical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform data entry and update accounting records accurately.
• Verify and reconcile client accounts, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with managing client accounts receivable.
• Verify and check weekly sales journals and monthly fixed asset records.
• Verify and check GST reports.
• Support the Accounts team with client account-related duties.
• Assist the Accounts Manager with accounting tasks and financial analysis when required.
• Arrange air ticket bookings when required.
• Print and process billing invoices received from suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
