About the role

Yim's Engineering is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our finance team. This is a full-time position based in Shek Mun, Sha Tin District. As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation by managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the wider finance function. This position is essential to ensuring our financial records are accurate, compliant and up to date, directly contributing to the company's operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and recording financial transactions including invoices, purchase orders, expenses and payments
• Maintaining accurate and organised accounting records and ledgers
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including chasing outstanding payments
• Data entry and verification of financial information into accounting systems and databases
• Supporting the preparation of payroll documentation and timesheets
• Assisting with general office administration duties related to the finance function
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers on financial matters as required
