Qualifications

• Qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial discipline.
• Proven experience as an accounts clerk or similar bookkeeping role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Good written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions including invoices, purchase orders, expenses and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
