Fresh Up Group Limited, a leading vending operator in Hong Kong, invites an attentive accounting professional to join our Accounting Department. The role focuses on AP duties, data checking and general accounting support to sustain our fast-growing operations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year accounting experience (Retail/Trading preferred) and is proficient in MS Office and accounting software. Immediate availability is highly preferred, with a 5-day work week and comprehensive benefits.

• 1+ year accounting experience; Retail & Trading background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsabilités

• Handle AP tasks, including cheque preparation, payments and aging reports.
• Data checking and general accounting support for daily operations.
• Assist day-to-day operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will provide your clerical skills and AP/AR experienced support to our Accounting Department. We welcome attentive person to join us.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accounts AP, mainly AP functions;
• Prepare cheque, payments, aging report, data checking and general accounting support;
• Assist in day-to-day operation, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of accounting experience, both Retail & Trading background is advantaged;
• Diploma in Accounting with LCCI or related disciplines;
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel); well versed in using accounting software;
• Good command of English, typing in Chinese & English;
• Well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented;
• Immediate available will be highly preferred.
