Job summary

Quam Plus International Financial Limited is seeking an Accounting Officer / Accounts Supervisor to manage full-set accounting, including AR, AP, and GL, and to assist with month-end and year-end closing, as well as the preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.

The role requires at least a diploma in accounting and a minimum of two years of relevant experience; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Flex Accounting System are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience; asset management or financial services would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Flex Accounting System preferred.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accounts Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting, including AR, AP, GL and related entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, preparation of financial reports and schedules for audit.
• Perform bank, ledger and other account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable and collection, liaising with internal departments and customers, issuing statements and reminders, preparing AR ageing reports.
• Verify staff expense claims, invoices and supporting documents, and maintain vendor records.
• Handle other ad hoc assignments when required.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing, preparation of financial reports, management accounts and schedules for annual audit

Perform bank, ledger and other account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records

Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation

Manage accounts receivable and collection, including liaising with internal departments and customers, issuing statements of account and payment reminders, preparing AR ageing reports, and following up on outstanding balances

Verify staff expense claims, invoices and supporting documents, and maintain proper vendor records

Handle other ad hoc assignments when required

Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in asset management or financial services would be an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with Flex Accounting System is preferred

Able to work independently, manage priorities and complete assigned tasks accurately within deadlines;

A responsible and positive work attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills;
