Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to lead month-end and year-end closings, consolidate management accounts, and review financial statements. You will assist in quarterly and annual reports, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring strong internal controls.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of analyses. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years’ experience in accounting/audit, supervisory experience, and fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of accounting and audit experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong Cantonese, Mandarin and English written/spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and consolidate financials.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports, variance analyses, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Process sales commission calculations per incentive schemes.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Support ERP implementation and improve financial controls.
