Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an AR specialist to support a luxury retail firm’s accounting and finance team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on AR processing, inter-company reconciliations, and month-end close assistance, with strong emphasis on communication with internal stakeholders.

Fluency in Cantonese and English is required, and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) plus Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AR experience and process ownership.
• Experience with inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with finance data.

Our client is an international luxury retail firm and has a strong presence across the globe. They are currently looking for an additional support to their accounting & finance team.

Description

• Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation and settlement across entities
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments via email
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reportingSupport ad hoc finance projects and audits as required

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• accounting experience
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in accounting ERP System (such as Oracle / SAP) is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage
