Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist for a luxury retail client in Hong Kong. You will manage full AR functions, inter-company transactions, and support month-end close.

The role requires Cantonese and English fluency, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Accounting experience
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Manage inter-company transactions, including reconciliation and settlement across entities.
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up on overdue payments via email.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reporting; support ad hoc finance projects and audits as required.
