Job summary

WM HOTEL is seeking a diligent accounting professional in Hong Kong to verify and process hotel and supplier invoices, as well as staff expense claims. The role ensures compliance with company policies and timely payments, supporting month-end closing tasks.

The candidate will handle journal vouchers, billing procedures, and credit card disputes, with immediate availability preferred and familiarity with SUN accounting system a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Relevant experience preferably in the hotel industry would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel; familiarity with SUN accounting system
• Immediate availability is preferred
