Job summary

ONC Lawyers, one of the leading independent law firms in Hong Kong, invites applications for an Assistant Accountant role. Based in our finance team, you will assist in daily accounting operations across invoicing, payables and receivables.

You will prepare monthly financial reports and analyses, support ad-hoc tasks, and report to the Finance Manager. The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–3 years' relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office and

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• ACCA/HKICPA student membership is an advantage.
• 2–3 years' experience in a commercial field.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Elite 3E is a definite advantage.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Finance, student member of ACCA/HKICPA is an advantage
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years' experience in commercial field, experience in Elite 3E is a definite advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient MS Office skill; excellent MS Excel skill is required
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, analytical, detail-oriented and well organized
• Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
