Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking an Accountant/Assistant Accountant to join its property division in Hong Kong. The role covers full sets of accounts, monthly reconciliations, and assisting audits and tax computations.

Candidates should have a higher diploma or above in accounting, be HKICPA/ACCA members preferred, and possess 2–3 years of relevant experience. English and Chinese proficiency, plus Excel/Word skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting.
• Member of HKICPA / ACCA.
• 2–3 years relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Sun System is an advantage.
• Experience in money lending business is an advantage.

Our clientis a Leading Property company, engaged inproperty investment, rental and development, estate management and hotel operations. They are currently seeking for an Accountant / Assistant Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accountant of various companies
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and month end closing independently
• Assist in interim and annual audit and prepare profits tax computation
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
• Member of HKICPA / ACCA
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills including Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Sun system is an advantage but not essential
• Working experience on money lending business is an advantage but not essential
