Responsibilities:
Monitored and reconciled fund investment transactions, cash positions, and securities holdings to ensure accurate portfolio records and timely discrepancy resolution.
Conducted regular reconciliation of investment positions between internal systems, custodians, brokers, and counterparties.
Assisted management in preparing ad hoc financial analysis, operational metrics, and regulatory reports as required.
Reviewed transaction records, settlement activities, and corporate actions to maintain accurate accounting records and minimize operational risks.
Supported month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and audit preparation.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
At least 1 year working experience in the accounting field
Analytical, detail-oriented
Good at problem-solving, customer focused
Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
