Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• HKICPA / ACCA / CPA student member or finalist.
• 3+ years of audit experience from CPA or audit firms.
• Exposure to financial services, brokerage, securities, or licensed corporation clients is an advantage.
• Familiar with audit procedures, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit & Assurance Support
• Lead a team to handle audit engagements for financial services companies, brokerage firms, licensed corporations, and related fund entities
• Perform audit fieldwork, testing, vouching, and documentation
• Prepare audit working papers and support financial statement preparation in compliance with professional standards
• Support the completion of audit reports, management reports, and other audit deliverables within deadlines
• Client Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with clients regarding audit schedules, supporting documents, confirmations, and audit enquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth audit engagement progress
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through effective communication and responsive support
• Compliance & Technical Support
• Ensure audit assignments comply with regulations, and professional auditing standards
• Keep updated on accounting, audit, and financial regulatory requirements related to financial institutions and brokerage businesses

Requirements
