ACTS Consulting Co in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Accountant/Assistant Accountant to handle full-set accounting operations. You will prepare payments, input data, review vouchers, and support vendor relations.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accountancy with 2-3 years of solid accounting experience. Securities firm or money-lender exposure is valued, Peachtree knowledge is a plus, and Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency is expected. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or above with 2-3 years of solid accounting experience.
• Experience in securities firm or money lender business is highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform Full-set accounting operations, including payment preparation, data input, vouchers review and preparation, timely and accurately.
• Work closely with internal users, and follow up payable-related matters and outstanding invoices with vendors.
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare related schedules and reconciliation.
• Assist in company secretarial and administrative tasks.
• Prepare other reports and assist in special/ ad hoc projects as required or requested by supervisor.
