Job summary

United Creation Optical Company Limited in Kowloon Bay seeks an experienced Accountant to manage full set of accounts, prepare monthly reports, and support financial statements. The role requires strong English and Mandarin, 5–10 years of accounting experience, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Travel to China may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Accounting with LCCI higher or equivalent.
• 5-10 years relevant accounting experience.
• Independent and analytical with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to learn and can work under pressure and travel to China as required.
• Good command of English and Mandarin; MS Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Verify daily operations and implement daily accounting reports (journal entries, cashflow, processes, expenses, vouchers).
• Manage receivables and payables.
• Manage tax affairs.
• Coordinate with external auditors.

• Preparing financial statements
• Verifying daily operation and implementing daily accounting report
  (journal entries verification, cashflow management, accounting process handling, expenses settlement, voucher)
• Managing receivables and payable
• Managing tax affairs
• Coordinating with external auditors
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Accounting with LCCI higher or equivalent
• 5 - 10 years relevant working experience in accounting
• Independent, task-oriented, with strong analytical, organization, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong leadership, presentation & problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Travel to China as required
