Job summary

Wing Lee Hardware & Electrical Equipment Company Limited, a well established retailer and trading group in Mongkok, is seeking an Accountant to support the Accounting Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include handling expense vouchers, preparing month-end closes and financial analysis, and performing ad hoc assignments. Proficiency in Chinese and English, good PC skills and interpersonal abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• At least 3 years accounting experience.
• Strong PC knowledge and Chinese Word Processing.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounting Manager with daily accounts operations.
• Handle expense vouchers input and small company accounts.
• Prepare month-end closing and financial analysis (e.g., GP report).

Job duties :

• Assist the Accounting Manager to manage the daily running of the Accounts Dept.
• Handle Expenses payment voucher input & small companies full set of accounts.
• Prepare month end closing & financial analysis. e.g. GP Report
• Perform ad hoc Assignments.

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• At least 3 years relevant accounting experiences.
• Good PC knowledge, Chinese WP, MS office.
• Good command in Chinese & English.
• Independent, well-organized, responsible, good communication & interpersonal skills.
