Job summary

Asiaeuro International Beverage (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple subsidiaries in Hong Kong. The role requires HKFRS/IFRS knowledge, 5+ years of accounting experience, and strong communication with non-finance stakeholders.

You will handle tax filings, support annual audits, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline finance workflows, with opportunities for growth and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Possession of HKICPA or an equivalent professional
• 5 years or above hands‑on accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Good knowledge of financial consolidation, HKFRS/IFRS standards.
• 5+ years of proven experience in financial reporting, preferably some audit experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and accounting software (e.g. Xero)
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set / full-cycle accounting independently, including voucher entry, ledger maintenance, account reconciliation and AR/AP settlement, in compliance with HKFRS and internal policies, to ensure accurate and complete financial records for various subsidiaries.
• Manage the month-end closing process, prepare monthly financial statements and management analysis reports, and provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Handle profits tax, salaries tax and other tax filings and compliance matters. Liaise with the IRD, banks, auditors and other external parties to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Support the annual statutory audit by preparing audit schedules and documentation and responding to audit inquiries. Establish financial data review mechanisms to reconcile business, accounting and treasury data, and mitigate financial risks.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide financial and streamline finance-related operational workflows.
• Experience in group consolidation activities, including consolidation adjustments and reporting packs
