Sinoyutong International Limited, the Hong Kong‑based subsidiary of Yutong Bus, seeks an Administration Officer to lead full-set accounting for the HK entity, including daily bookkeeping, cost accounting, and month-end closing. You will ensure accurate reporting and HK statutory compliance.

Responsibilities include treasury planning, tax filings, audits, budgeting, and cross‑regional reporting with group finance. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential; CPA preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance experience in HK.
• Basic understanding of HK accounting standards and practices.
• Excellent English–Chinese written and verbal communication; Cantonese and Mandarin helpful.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-set accounting for HK entity, daily bookkeeping, cost accounting, month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with HK statutory disclosure requirements and head-office consolidation reporting.
• Prepare rolling cash plans, administer bank accounts and cash flow; monitor AR collections and FX risk.
• Complete all tax filings for HK entity and archive required documents.
• Liaise with external auditors; prepare materials and coordinate annual audit.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; report revenue, margins, expenses and overdue receivables.
• Coordinate with group finance and local authorities; maintain relationships with banks and law firms.
