Job summary

Universal Technology Holdings Ltd, based in Sheung Wan, is seeking a meticulous accounting professional to lead daily operations for licensed corporations and prepare FRR and financial statements for subsidiaries. The role requires deep knowledge of SFC regulations and HKEx rules, with travel to PRC and overseas as needed.

Applicants should have a accounting/finance degree, at least 2 years' experience in securities or listed companies, and a CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of securities firms, listed companies experience or relevant financial institutions.
• Knowledge in SFC Liquid Capital calculation and FRR is a MUST.
• Profound knowledge of FRR and SFC regulatory requirements, and HKEx regulations is essential.
• CPA qualification is preferred but not a must.
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus.
• Occasional travel to PRC and overseas is required.
• Immediately available will be a definite advantage.

• Prepare daily & monthly FRR report;
• Assist in handling compliance functions of LC;
• Prepare financial statements for subsidiaries within the group;
• Liaise with external parties, including auditors, banks, and regulator;
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required.
