Job summary

Digital Zoo is hiring for an account management role in Hong Kong. You will manage daily client accounts, seek new business opportunities, and support SEO/GEO journeys through ongoing client engagement.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in digital marketing, a university degree, and strong language skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin, with a self-motivated, sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree is a must.
• 1+ years relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
• Quick learner, curious about learnings and SEO/GEO/Digital Marketing.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Organized and good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for account management and managing the assigned accounts daily.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer base.
• Follow up on renewal, trial, and new client on SEO/GEO journey.
• Conduct face-to-face and online meetings with clients.
• Drive innovative ideas to reach out to new potential clients.
• Work closely with content and tech teams in the delivery of high-quality integrated marketing campaigns.
