Malcogroup is seeking a senior manager for IT Strategy and Architecture to drive a major regional transformation program. The role reports as 2IC to the CIO and leads architecture across process, data, technology and applications.

You will manage heterogeneous teams including vendors, SI, contractors and employees, guiding IT resources to deliver business objectives and ensuring alignment with strategic direction. Fluency in English is essential; additional Asian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in developing and delivering IT strategy at enterprise scale.
• Strong experience in designing and guiding enterprise architecture across process, data, technology and applications.
• Experience managing multi-source teams and external vendors across regional projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan the IT strategy roadmap aligned with business goals and ensure architecture effectiveness.
• Lead the design of enterprise Process, Data, Technology and Application Architecture.
• Coordinate IT resources and manage internal teams and external vendors/partners.
• Direct IT strategy and policy development and champion diversified technologies.
• Provide thought leadership across IT processes and transformation programs.
