In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes. At Home Instead we do visits no less then an hour so you have the time to provide the care people need and deserve.
- Provide companionship and emotional support

- A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for helping others
- We are unable to offer Sponsorship
- £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr)
- Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls
- Free DBS check
- Full training provided – no experience needed
