This remote position offers the flexibility to work independently, reporting to our UK-based leadership, and to build on existing code-base/platforms. With recent funding success, the initial contract period is approximately 9 months, with a likely extension as we grow beyond a 2025 launch, and must be under our PAYE for funding reasons.

1. Develop, enhance, and maintain codebases in C#, TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular, with an emphasis on Node.js.
2. Design and implement new live-streaming features, focusing on scalability and performance.
3. Build and optimize APIs for seamless mobile and web application experiences.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments to ensure system reliability.
5. Manage Docker-based deployments for efficient scaling and performance.
6. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
7. Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and infrastructure stability.
8. Write clean, well-documented, testable code, including unit and integration tests.
9. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
10. Embrace a dynamic start-up environment, taking on various tasks as needed.

1. Proven experience (4+ years) in full-stack development, with advanced skills in C#, TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular.
2. Expertise in managing Windows Server environments and familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
4. Adaptability and proactive attitude towards contributing to a start-up environment.
5. A keen interest in being part of a high-growth company at its early stages.
6. Experience with .NET Core and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
7. Knowledge of video/audio codecs, WebRTC, and Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.
8. Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS/Android) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
9. Flexibility and a remote working arrangement, allowing you to manage your work life effectively.
