Position: Barista
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The Barista is the face of our business, combining waiter/waitress responsibilities with excellent customer service. Your friendly approach and willingness to serve will make you an essential part of our team.

While your regular hours are Monday to Friday, you will also be expected to deliver evening bar services on a rota basis, reflecting our need for flexibility and teamwork.

• Preparing drinks
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Promoting new products
• Dealing with clients
• Assisting managers with food and drink preparation
• Stocking shelves and maintaining an inviting front of house
• Performing reasonable requests from management

Experience in client service
A can-do attitude
Barista experience (advantageous)
Strong communication skills
Good organisational skills
Reliability and team spirit
