Job summary

A leading training organization is seeking a Childcare / Residential Childcare Assessor to deliver training and coaching to apprentices. The role involves setting training targets, acting as a client liaison, and ensuring quality in training delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Child Care, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to lifelong learning. This is a remote position with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant occupational experience in Child Care / Early years or Residential Child Care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive, determination and flexibility to achieve quality objectives and targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and coaching to apprentices.
• Set and monitor training targets.
• Act as a client liaison to support programme development.
• Manage diary effectively to meet apprenticeship requirements.
• Organise documentation to track apprentice progress.
• Adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
