A leading learning provider in Hove is seeking a hands-on Graphic & Digital Designer to manage visual assets and enhance brand identity. This role involves working closely with various teams to produce engaging content and drive global brand awareness. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a proactive, creative attitude. This position is permanent and full-time with excellent benefits.
Location: Hove (onsite)
Job Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) - 4 days in Hove Office
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Graphic & Digital Designer to take the lead on all things visual from email design and video editing to CRO and brand consistency. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, product, and career services teams to create on-brand assets that drive engagement, performance, and global brand awareness.
This role is perfect for a creative with strong technical skills and a performance mindset, someone who wants to take ownership of design while playing a key part in a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team.
