Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Web Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our vehicles are displayed professionally, accurately, and attractively on our website, while also supporting the service department with customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and an interest in photography (training provided if necessary).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the process of photographing and uploading all new and used vehicles to the website, ensuring professional presentation with multiple high-quality images.

Regularly update vehicle listings with accurate pricing and information.

Ensure all vehicles are displayed professionally on-site and in the showroom, maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards.

Collaborate with valeters to prioritise vehicles needing preparation or cleaning.

Conduct regular stock checks to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and located correctly.

Check in all vehicles delivered to site with a thorough condition report.

Showroom and Display Maintenance:

Keep the showroom and forecourt organised, ensuring vehicles are neatly displayed and priced clearly.

Implement and update any price adjustments as required.

Service Department Support:

Assist with customer check-ins during busy periods, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Communicate with customers to provide updates, including when vehicles are ready for collection.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.

Basic photography skills are ideal, but training can be provided.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competence with computers and basic website management tools.

Interest in or experience with the automotive industry is a plus.
