A charitable organization for injured athletes is seeking a General Manager for Oaksey House in Lambourn. This role is critical for overseeing the operations, ensuring high standards and maintaining the organization's ethos. You will work closely with clinical teams to promote services to the community, managing a site dedicated to improving the lives of injured jockeys. A salary between £43,000 and £48,000 is offered alongside accommodation. This position requires strong management and interpersonal skills.
The Injured Jockeys Fund is a charity whose vision and mission is to improve the lives of injured jockeys, past and present, and their families, by providing immediate and ongoing help and support, whether it be physical, emotional, financial, or pastoral.
We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative leader to take on the role of Oaksey House General Manager—an exciting opportunity based onsite with accommodation provided.
Oaksey House is a well-established part of the Lambourn racing community, and as a core member of the local and wider IJF leadership team, you will utilise your experience to provide robust management of the Oaksey House site, working in partnership with the Lead Clinician and Welfare Liaison to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.

Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience. Onsite accommodation is included as part of this role.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Some out of hours working will be required to attend key industry or organisation events, open days, and race days.
