What You’ll Do

We are seeking a motivated Master Principal Solutions Architect for the Global Digital, Architecture & Technology team (GDAT) within Oracle FSGIU Banking Solution Consulting. You will drive go-to-market strategies and lead strategic customer engagements across a wide array of banking solutions, aiming for excellence and innovation. Your leadership will be key in driving change and elevating standards.
- This role involves managing GTM strategies and customer engagements in sales pursuits, focusing on digital, technology, and architecture-led solution design. You will work closely with sales and technology teams, selling Oracle’s leading banking solutions, including Oracle Banking Cloud, FLEXCUBE, Oracle Digital Experience, and Oracle Corporate & Transaction Banking. Expertise in Microservices Architecture is expected.
Main Aspects of the Role:
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Develop partnerships with stakeholders to create strategic, technological, and architectural plans for Oracle Banking globally and collaborate on execution.
- Tactical Sales Partnership: Develop account strategies, support deal reviews, and act as a sponsor or leader for key deals and accounts. Conduct business reviews with leadership to ensure alignment.
- Develop Solution Assets: Focus on digital and technological trends, building out innovative solution assets leveraging product capabilities.
- Business Improvement: Lead or participate in projects to improve business processes and solve problems.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead collaboration across organizational functions in sales pursuits.
- Deliver architecture narratives that articulate compelling solutions addressing client needs for modernization.
- Create GTM strategies, client presentations, RFP responses, and solution architecture with value propositions.
- Influence product development based on market feedback and trends.
- Enable sales teams with product and technology knowledge.
- Maintain expertise in financial services, banking regulations, and Oracle solutions.
- Drive solution assurance processes, identify gaps, and coordinate efforts to address them.
- Work with other lines of business to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Engage with vendors and evaluate third-party solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure understanding of development principles and standards.
- Participate in account planning and execution of technology-led strategies.
- Demonstrate innovative solutions during sales pursuits.
- Improve presales processes and create reusable assets like blogs, webinars, and demo videos.
- Build strategic partnerships within client organizations to drive revenue, especially in the European region.
Required Skills/Experience:
What You’ll Bring:
- 15-20 years of experience in IT solutions support, pre-sales, solution architecture, or professional services.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Microservices architecture, cloud deployment patterns, and digital banking applications from vendors like Mambu, Temenos, Oracle, etc.
- Proficiency in Oracle solutions, competitive technologies, and business models.
- Programming background with Java, WebLogic, Spring, and experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel over 50%.
