A local authority in the UK seeks a qualified Social Worker for their South East Older Adults Team. This hybrid role involves conducting assessments, managing a caseload, and supporting team development. The ideal candidate should have UK Social Work experience and a strong understanding of a strengths-based approach. This is a hybrid role (home and office working). You'll be required to work in the office at least once a week and during your duty shifts, which occur a few times each month as part of the team's rota system.
