A successful precision engineering company is seeking a Project Engineer to manage multiple machining and fabrication projects. You will liaise with clients and engineering teams, provide technical support, and monitor project progress. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in CNC machining or fabrication, as well as familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. The role offers a competitive salary between £48K and £50K, along with benefits like 33 days annual leave and sick pay.
Our client is a very successful precision engineering business and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Project Engineer.
£48K -£50K Neg + Benefits
The Project Engineer will be responsible for providing effective technical support and guidance on multiple manufacturing (machining & fabrication) projects simultaneously.
The Manufacturing Engineer will have at least 3 years project engineer or manufacturing engineer experience in a CNC machining or fabrication sector.
You will be familiar with and manufacture of parts / components for industries such as MOD, Nuclear, Marine, Aerospace, Oil & gas sectors.
You will have excellent Project Engineer skills and you'll be competent in the use of ERP/MRP systems and you will have HNC/HND in mechanical engineering and you will have a CNC engineering background.
AutoCAD and design engineering skills will be advantageous.
Monday to Friday - 39 hours
Excellent basic salary negotiable £45K - £50K
