This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global, market‑leading FMCG manufacturer at their flagship site. With continuous investment, site expansion and a strong focus on innovation, they are looking to add several Multi‑Skilled Engineers to their high‑performing engineering team.
- Carry out both reactive and planned preventive maintenance to maximise production uptime.
- Work collaboratively within a team of 12 to improve performance and reliability.
- Fault‑find, repair, and maintain electrical systems including motors, controllers, sensors and automated machinery.
- Support a culture rooted in WCM, TPM principles, and continuous improvement.
- Multi‑skilled background across electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Level 3 engineering qualification.
- Minimum 2‑3 years' experience in FMCG or other highly automated, fast‑paced environments.
3 on, 3 off - Days & Nights
12‑hour shifts (7am & 7pm starts)
- 5% annual bonus
- 23 days holiday including bank holidays (annualised due to shifts)
