A leading fluid technology company in Falmouth seeks a Senior Management Accountant to oversee financial performance and lead a finance team. The role involves reporting, budgeting, and process improvement while working closely with multiple stakeholders. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a proactive, forward looking role requiring excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholder groups at all levels within the business. You will be leading, enhancing and developing all aspects of financial performance; providing partnership to the business whilst maintaining the local control frameworks. The successful applicant will provide meaningful analysis and insight; considering the potential impact on the wider Group profitability. This role is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the Management Accounts function and has three direct reports. In collaboration with the Finance Manager, you will be leading the financial accounting processes and build and maintain positive relationships with the Finance team and relevant department managers.
