As a Technical Consultant, you will play a vital role in implementing ServiceNow solutions. You\'ll support projects by assisting in client design sessions, crafting detailed user stories, and maintaining the functional integrity of the platform and associated processes.
- Apply your expertise in one or more ServiceNow products, with familiarity in ITSM, Secops, RiskOps, GRC and HRSD being advantageous.
- Facilitate customer workshops and lead project demonstrations using the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop clear and actionable customer requirements (user stories), including scripting and configuration across various platform modules.
- Evaluate potential ripple effects of proposed solutions on other areas within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, assisting in the management of critical stakeholder relationships.
