Taylor Hopkinson have partnered with a global leader in technology, research and development specialising in PV inverter system solution and energy storage equipment for residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications.

About the Role :

We are seeking a Project Development Manager with at least 4-5 years of project development experience in renewables, including at least 3 years in project development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the development of renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth progress from origination to financial close.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk evaluations for potential projects.
• Manage permitting, grid connection applications, and environmental approval processes.
• Support commercial negotiations with partners, investors, and off-takers.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, risks, and overall development progress.

Requirements :

• 4-5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with at least 3 years focused on project development.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations, permitting, and grid connection processes in Australia.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
