A leading accountancy firm in London is seeking an experienced R&D Tax Manager to lead client engagements and manage technical claims. The position requires a solid understanding of R&D tax regimes and strong analytical skills, with a salary range of £60,000 to £75,000 plus benefits. We are currently working with a Big4 accountancy firm in the UK who are looking to strengthen their innovations team with several key hires at R&D Tax Manager level.
You'll be joining a fast-growing and forward-thinking tax incentives team that's passionate about helping businesses unlock value through HMRC reliefs. They advise on R&D tax credits, Patent Box claims, and Capital Allowances - all powerful tools that reward innovation and technological advancement.
As a Manager, you\'ll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory work across all the incentives they support. You\'ll lead on client relationships, manage deadlines, and become a trusted point of contact. You\'ll be hands-on with technical and numerical aspects of claims, preparing formal reports and summaries that showcase the innovation our clients are driving. You\'ll also be encouraged to take ownership of your development - staying on top of HMRC guidance and legislation and learning through real-world application.
