A leading specialist lender in the UK is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager focused on bridging finance. The role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary up to £100,000, along with uncapped commission and benefits. You will develop broker relationships, source new finance opportunities, and manage the deal process from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Developing and managing relationships with brokers and property professionals.
- Sourcing new bridging finance opportunities across the UK.
- Promoting lending products and understanding the market.
- Managing the deal process from enquiry to completion.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
