A chance for a Metering Project Engineer to join a Multi-National Energy Consultancy working with some of the largest Fortune 500 Clients globally.

The successful candidate should have an Electrical Engineering background with a proven history of managing utility infrastructure projects. A strong knowledge of the Electricity, Gas, and Water Utilities Industries is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Site Surveys and attend key client meetings
• Examine quotations, ensure they meet requirements, and provide recommendations based on your experience
• Prepare customer fee proposals in relation to existing scorecards
• Manage projects by collaborating with stakeholders to provide quality service to clients
• Coordinate with utilities for timely and cost-effective connections
• Work with clients and utilities to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Keep customers informed about relevant developments
• Maintain all relevant project databases
• Produce and update spreadsheets and reports as needed

Experience Required:

• Higher BTEC (Level 5) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in managing utility infrastructure projects
• Experience in Electricity, Gas, and Water Utilities Industries
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Understanding of Regulations and Approved Codes of Practice
• Knowledge of Power Industry Engineering Standards and Recommendations
• Skilled in professional report writing and participating in client meetings
