Une entreprise dynamique et engagée est à la recherche d'un coordonnateur en sécurité et gestion de projet pour leurs chantiers de construction. Le candidat idéal devra avoir une formation en sécurité et santé, ainsi qu'une solide expérience en gestion de projets. Le rôle inclut la facilitation des processus de conception, la gestion des risques et la communication avec divers intervenants pour garantir la conformité aux normes de sécurité.

Responsibilities

  • Faciliter le processus de révision de conception et préparer des évaluations des risques.

  • Préparer et soumettre des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels.

Job description

· Attend coordination meetings with owners, clients, consultants, and the Main Contractor.

· Facilitate the Design Review Process involving relevant stakeholders to identify and address safety and health risks associated with construction projects.

· Compile and prepare Risk Assessments in accordance with WSH requirements.

· Help create new processes and methodologies to improve the safe work environment in construction processes and operations.

· Record minutes of meetings, and prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.

· Oversee, manage, administer, and plan daily routines and overall project matters.

· Report and discuss project progress and status with the Design for Professional (DfSP).

· Coordinate and liaise with all stakeholders to meet WSH requirements, project schedules, and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Safety and Health, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Construction, or Safety Profession, or equivalent.
  • Project Management and Operations Management skills.
  • Knowledge of building design and construction processes.
  • Safety and health experience.
  • Understanding of legal and statutory requirements related to building construction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, independent, committed, resourceful, with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
