Engineering Manager – Product Engineering

Job Summary:

A dynamic and forward-thinking company is seeking an experienced and innovative Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing, cross-functional product engineering team. This team is responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge products that integrate advanced technology, user-centric design, and robust engineering principles. The role involves driving cross-functional collaboration, aligning technical and business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Bridge communication between engineering, design, and product teams to align objectives and deliverables.
• Oversees the engineering team, roadmap and delivery
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, proactively address challenges, and gather requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain technical oversight to uphold best practices in architecture, coding standards, and testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software or product engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong foundation in software development and systems design.
• Proven ability to thrive in a start-up or scale-up environment, managing rapid growth, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams involving engineering, design, and product management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage conflict, and drive problem-solving initiatives.
• Passion for fostering inclusive and collaborative team cultures.
