Your role involves product formulation to increase business profitability aligned with strategic goals. You will serve as the technical expert, responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones in our new laboratory.

1. Identify requirements for expanding formulation capabilities and recommend based on your knowledge and experience, including setting up laboratories.
2. Support product enhancements, quality improvements, customer requests, and cost-saving initiatives as a technical expert.
3. Plan and execute product design studies within strategic markets like Consumer Actives.
4. Collaborate with R&D and analytical teams to validate and implement application tests.
5. Own product formulations to ensure they meet customer requirements.
6. Screen new and existing products for alternative functional effects.
7. Evaluate new raw materials for potential use.
8. Work with the team to identify and develop new product opportunities.
9. Create stock formulations to generate data supporting marketing and value development.
10. Report findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

• Master's or PhD in chemistry or a related field.
• Over 5 years of technical experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Proven product formulation experience.
• Experience in application testing is a plus.
• Background in the Consumer Care market.
• Creative and innovative thinking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulatory standards.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Driving license and own vehicle are desirable due to location.
• Ability to make prompt decisions, exercising technical judgment in ambiguous situations.
