An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing and reputable team working across South London. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive pay, generous overtime rates, and NO CALL-OUT requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of a variety of air conditioning systems across commercial sites.
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems (including split, VRV/VRF, and multi-split systems).
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Work in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Complete job sheets and service records accurately and on time.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner to deliver high-quality service.
- Travel across South London to various client locations.
- Provide expert knowledge and support related to air conditioning equipment.
- Proven experience as an air conditioning engineer.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
- F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must be eligible for security clearance.
- NO call-outs
- Company van provided - with personal use allowed
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
