Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

What you'll be doing:

You will be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs — all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid UK driver’s licence
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C& G 2079)
• CO₂ QualificationSupermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time managementA strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

  Additional info:

  • The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
