Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Job summary
A Recruitment Agency is seeking a Fire Alarm Technician to join a client's team in Letchworth. The technician will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing fire alarm systems as well as performing fault finding and documentation. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the Electronic Security and Fire Alarm industry, with FIA or BS5839 training as an advantage. The position offers a starting salary of £34,000 - £38,000, with an OTE of £40,000 - £50,000.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Electronic Security and Fire Alarm industry.
- FIA or BS5839 training is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to cover a 24-hour call-out on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and install electronic security and fire alarm systems.
- Perform fault finding, rectification, and problem solving.
- Commission systems and document work for a wide range of systems.

- Minimum of 3 years experience within the Electronic Security and Fire Alarm industry.

- Sound knowledge of current standards and legislation.
Annual starting salary £34,000 - £38,000 (OTE £40,000 - £50,000)
