Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in London seeks an experienced ESG Project Manager (M&A) to deliver global M&A projects focused on environmental due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in ESG due diligence, along with a strong understanding of regulations and compliance across multiple sectors. - At least 6 years of ESG Due Diligence experience in the UK.
- Experience across EDD, EHS, corporate review, climate risk assessments, and compliance projects.
- Clear understanding of ESG risks, opportunities, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver global M&A projects within environmental due diligence.
- Work across a range of sectors including industrial, pharma, and food.
Skills
I am looking to speak with an ESG Project Manager (M&A) that sits within the Environmental Due diligence space to help deliver global M&A projects for one of the most well respected EDD teams.
You will come in as a ESG Project Manager (M&A) within a global consultancy firm situated out of London.
You will be working purely on M&A projects across a range of industrial, pharma, food and services sectors within the UK, EU and America.
ESG Project Manager (M&A), it will be expected that you have:
- At least 6 years of ESG Due Diligence experience in the UK
- Experience across EDD, EHS, corporate review, climate risk assessments, environmental impact assessments and compliance projects.
- Clear understanding of policies, regulations, ESG risks, opportunities and delivering strategic insights that support investment decisions and regulatory compliance.
