Job Description
SENIOR COUNSEL - INSOLVENCY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Location: Jersey
Experience: 7+ years PQE
A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its Insolvency & Dispute Resolution practice in Jersey. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside top Dispute Resolution Partners in the Offshore legal market and contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.
- Advising on cross-border commercial disputes, trust litigation, and financial services litigation.
- Handling contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
- Managing regulatory investigations, injunctions, disclosures, enforcement actions, and asset recovery.
- Representing insolvency practitioners, global banks, corporates, directors, trustees, beneficiaries, and others.
- 7+ PQE with strong experience in insolvency, commercial litigation, or trust litigation.
- Offshore experience (Jersey or other jurisdictions) is a plus but not essential.
- Ambitious, collaborative, and technically proficient.
