Are you a motivated and caring Registered Nurse based in the Kent area and passionate about the rehabilitation of patients in your care? Are you looking to join an NHS Health and Social Care partner which is striving to make positive changes? This is a mixture of face to face, e-Learning and workshop based learning to support your development in your chosen career pathway. As a Band 5 Community nurse you will work with the friendly team in a 7 day service, working within the hours of 8am-8pm. Shifts are as follows: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm.

As a Community Nurse, you will care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work to help us continue to change things for the better. Job responsibilities

We're looking for Band 5 Nurses with an RGN qualification and license to practice, to join our community nursing team.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
