All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience within a similar role from the last 3 years.

1. Provide and oversee the management and care of service users
2. Conduct risk assessments of the individual and potential hazards in the environment
3. Act as a care coordinator and/or key worker
4. Report and document incidents
5. Lead group work such as relaxation, health promotion, hearing voices, anger management, etc.
