About the Role

We're looking for a passionate person to join our Accommodation & Guest Services Team at Butlin's Bognor Regis.

You will support the Accommodation department by accepting linen deliveries and distributing clean linen to our Hotels & Villages during busy check-in days on Mondays and Fridays.

You will deliver items requested by guests and liaise with the Guest Services team to resolve accommodation-related issues. The role involves using radio communication and an in-house system on a handheld device for tasks like carpet cleaning. Please note, this is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting.

No experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training. You must be over 18 to apply.

This role offers 40 hours per week over 5 days out of 7, with shifts on Mondays and Fridays between 12pm and midnight, and other days between 9am and 11pm.

Key Responsibilities

If you have a friendly manner and enjoy talking to people, we can teach you the rest. Experience is welcome but not required.

Being a team player and enjoying a busy environment is essential. No two days are the same, so flexibility and communication skills are important.

You must be 18 or over. A valid UK driving license is desirable.
